Provide underserved and BIPOC students with scholarships for professional wine education, raising their earning power, and increasing industry diversity.
Help those who love to serve. Professional wine education is a ladder up for those with less access and support within the wine and hospitality business.

We’re trying to make a difference in the careers of wine and hospitality professionals. Many struggle to make a living wage in an industry that still struggles in a post-pandemic world. Minorities and women face even more difficulties, and continue to be significantly under-represented in the wine industry.
We provide scholarships for those seeking to improve their wine knowledge and credentials in the hopes of career advancement and pride in their work.
We are seeking the help of donors who are interested in supporting and investing in the future of the wine and restaurant industry on a one-time or on an annual basis.
Over the past 5 years, the foundation has awarded more than 200 scholarships totaling more than $310,000 primarily to minority and underserved professionals working in wine and hospitality. Nearly 33% of our scholarship recipients report having received a job promotion as a direct result of the wine education that they undertook using the scholarship(s) we provided.
We make scholarship awards to students across America, allowing them to study across a wide range of programs and certifications at three of the country's top wine education institutions: San Francisco Wine School, American Wine School, and the International Wine Center.
We hope our worthy cause aligns with your giving priorities, and that you will support the growth and diversity of the wine and hospitality industry.
